EXPEDITION LOG // EST. UNTAMED TRIBE LLC

Capability over comfort.
Earned, not bought.

Untamed Tribe is a veteran-founded expedition and leadership institute that develops resilient leaders — veterans, first responders, engineers, founders, and executives — through multi-environment wilderness expeditions, technical training, and mentorship-driven progression.

Mountains in Peru. Caves in Florida. Reefs in Belize. Backcountry in Colorado. Real environments. Real pressure. Real growth. We don't run trips. We build a progression system.

01 // The Manifesto

There's a gap between modern comfort and genuine capability.

Adventure tourism sells consumption. Corporate retreats simulate adversity. Survival schools sell suffering. None of them develop people.

Untamed Tribe is the only expedition organization that integrates real wilderness environments, technical skill development, mentorship-driven leadership, and a long-term progression pathway — so participants leave more capable, not just more entertained.

We don't treat people like tourists. We develop them through structured challenge, accountability, and a tribe that holds the standard.

02 // The Progression

A pathway, not a vacation package.

Every participant enters at the level matched to their fitness, experience, and intent. Every stage feeds the next. Top alumni eventually become guides.

STAGE 01 // $500 – $800

ETP Weekend

Expedition Training Program. The trust-builder. A weekend intensive in fitness, fieldcraft, navigation, and decision-making. Where you find out if this is for you — and if you're for us.

STAGE 02 // $1,500 – $2,500

EPC Multi-Day

Expedition Preparation Course. Multi-day skill block — rope systems, water craft, wilderness medicine fundamentals, expedition logistics. The bridge to flagship expeditions.

STAGE 03 // $2,500 – $4,500

Domestic Expedition

7 – 10 day operations. Colorado alpine, Florida springs and cave country, Appalachian traverses. Structured evening debriefs. Real consequence environments.

STAGE 04 // $5,000 – $9,000

International Expedition

10 – 14 day flagship operations. Cordillera Blanca in Peru. Cave systems and reef in Belize. Future zones: Patagonia, Iceland. For alumni who've earned the next altitude.

STAGE 05 // BY INVITATION

Guide Development

For the top 5–10% of alumni. Certification pathway, internal training, paid field assignments. The tribe's culture carried forward by the people who've lived it.

03 // The Portfolio

Multi-environment expedition operations.

Few organizations operate credibly across this range of terrain. Mountain, ocean, river, cave, and remote wilderness — each tests different domains of capability.

LAT 09°S // CORDILLERA BLANCA

Peru — Andes & Amazon

10 – 14 days // International Flagship

High-altitude trekking, acclimatization protocols, technical glacier work, and lowland transition. Operated with vetted in-country partners and full evacuation planning.

LAT 29°N // FL SPRINGS

North Florida — Cave & Water

3 – 7 days // Domestic Operations

Technical and cave-adjacent diving environments, paddle traverses, fieldcraft. Operated out of the tightest practitioner community in North America.

LAT 39°N // FRONT RANGE

Colorado — Alpine Backcountry

7 – 10 days // Domestic Expedition

Multi-day alpine traverse, navigation under load, weather and decision-making at altitude. The default proving ground for first-time expedition participants.

LAT 17°N // CARIBBEAN

Belize — Jungle & Reef

10 – 12 days // International

Cave systems, dense jungle navigation, and reef-based dive operations. Two distinct environments in a single expedition cycle. Year-one pilot itinerary.

04 // The Standard

Who this is for. Who it isn't.

Untamed Tribe runs an application-based enrollment process. You apply. We talk. Both sides decide on fit. We say no when we need to.

This is for you if

  • You're a veteran, first responder, or high-performing professional aged 30 – 55.
  • You'll train before you arrive — and want to be held to a fitness standard.
  • You want mentorship from people who've operated under genuine pressure.
  • You're looking for capability, not entertainment.

This is not for you if

  • You're looking for a guided vacation or "adventure of a lifetime."
  • You expect to be coddled, entertained, or comfortable.
  • You're not willing to apply, train, or be screened for readiness.
  • You want a tactical-tourism photo op or a survival-suffering trophy.
